What Happens When You Register
Creating a Spinsy account and completing registration constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. By submitting the registration form, verifying your email address and making a first deposit, you enter into a binding agreement with Northlight Interactive N.V., the operator of this site, on the conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or continue using the account.
What Happens to Your Bonus Funds
Any deposit match, including the 100% welcome bonus up to $750, carries a wagering requirement of 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount before funds convert to withdrawable cash. A maximum bet of $7.50 per spin applies for the full duration of an active bonus; wagers placed above this limit can void the bonus and any connected winnings. Bonus funds and any unused free spins expire 30 days from the date of issue. Slots contribute 100% toward the wagering target, while live casino tables and RNG table games contribute at a reduced rate or are excluded entirely from the calculation. Players must be 19 or older to claim any bonus (18 or older in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec).
What Happens After a Technical Malfunction
Where a game round is affected by a verified technical malfunction, whether caused by a connectivity fault, a server error or a defect in the game software itself, the round in question is voided and any wager connected to it is returned to the account balance. Displayed results that are the product of a malfunction, including an incorrect payout or reel outcome, are not honoured, and Spinsy reserves the right to correct the account balance to reflect the outcome that should have occurred. Malfunction disputes are reviewed against server-side game logs rather than the client-side display.
What Conduct Is Not Permitted
A player found operating more than one account, whether under a different name, email address or payment method, has both accounts suspended pending review. Bonus abuse, including the coordinated use of promotions across linked accounts, use of banned betting patterns to lock in low-risk profit against a bonus, or collusion between players at the same live or RNG table, results in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings. Automated play, including scripts, bots or any tool that interacts with the platform outside of manual browser or app input, is prohibited and is grounds for account closure.
How Your Documents Are Verified
Identity verification is required before a first withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered by unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s licence or passport, and a proof-of-address document such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of document submission, and withdrawals are held until the review is complete.

All amounts are settled in CAD. A newly registered account is subject to a daily withdrawal cap of $750 until the account progresses through the VIP program, at which point higher tiers raise this ceiling. Every withdrawal request is subject to the completed identity verification described above.
What Limits Our Liability
Spinsy is not liable for losses arising from a player’s own internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or decisions made while under the influence of alcohol or other substances. To the maximum extent permitted by the governing law described below, Northlight Interactive N.V.’s total liability to any player, whether arising from a disputed bet, a service interruption or any other claim connected to the account, is limited to the balance held in that player’s account at the time the claim arose. This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under the applicable law.
Which Law and Licence Govern This Agreement
This agreement and the account it governs operate under Curacao Gaming Licence No. 8048/JAZ2024-077, held by Northlight Interactive N.V. This is an offshore gaming licence and does not constitute registration with or authorization by any Canadian provincial regulator, including the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario or iGaming Ontario. Players are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful in the province where they reside before registering. Disputes arising under these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s licensing jurisdiction.
How These Terms Can Change
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in games offered, payment methods, bonus structures or applicable regulation. Material changes are posted on this page with an updated revision date, and continued use of the account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
